Each Party will notify the other <br />immediately of any changes of address that would require any notice or delivery to be directed to <br />another address. <br />Section 10.Discrimination and Harassment Prohibited. <br />Each of the Parties will comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws and <br />regulations prohibiting discrimination and harassment. <br />Section 11.Termination; Notice of Termination. <br />This Cooperative Agreement may be tenninated as of any renewal date by any Party by <br />giving written notice to the other Party one (1) year prior to such renewal date.
