EXHIBIT "c" <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT <br />The City shall, at its sole cost and expense, demolish and remove the South Annex, <br />reconstruct the historic southern façade of the Courthouse, and create a public plaza in front of <br />the Courthouse, all of which work shall be performed in accordance with the Plans. The Project <br />includes, without limitation, the following: <br />1.Demolition and removal of the South Annex. <br />2.Reconstruction of the entry-way and parapets of the southern Courthouse <br />façade. <br />3. Removal, as needed, of any public improvements existing in, on or about <br />the Courthouse Square. <br />4.
