<br /> DA .1t 11/30/87 (#06) <br /> " (b) No person shall park a motor vehicle within a <br />residential permit parking area with a residential parking <br />permit or sticker affixed to such vehicle evidencing that <br />such permit has expired or which has been terminated or is <br />not valid for the area in which such vehicle has been parked <br />beyond the parking time limit posted by signs giving notice <br />thereof and erected pursuant to this division. <br /> " (c) It is unlawful and a violation of this division <br />for a person falsely to represent himself or herself as <br />eligible for a residential parking permit or a temporary <br />permit or to furnish false information in an application for <br />any such permits. <br /> " (d) It is unlawful and a violation of this division <br />for any person to use or display, or permit the use or <br />display of, a residential parking permit or a temporary <br />permit or a sticker pertaining thereto on a motor vehicle <br />other than that vehicle for which such permit or sticker was <br />issued." <br />Section 3. Section 20.209 of Chapter 20 of the Redwood City <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 20.209. Exemptions. (a) Any motor vehicle on <br />which is displayed a valid residential parking permit, <br />temporary permit, or sticker pertaining thereto, as provided <br />for herein may be parked on a street in the residential <br />permit parking area pertaining thereto without limitation of <br />the time restrictions established by the council under <br />Section 20.207.
