<br /> s\ :nt 12/17/87 (#06) <br /> SWC:nt 12/22/87R <br /> pursuant to the provisions of Article IV of this chapter and <br /> containing substantially the information required hereunder. <br /> II (c) All persons to whom electrical permits have been <br /> issued shall notify the Electrical Inspector prior to <br /> concealing or covering any electrical work or electrical <br /> system in order that said inspector may conduct an <br /> inspection of the work or system so permitted. All persons <br /> to whom electrical permits have been issued shall again <br /> notify the Electrical Inspector upon completion of the <br /> electrical work or system authorized by such permit. <br /> II (d) Every electrical permit issued by the Electrical <br /> Inspector shall expire by limitation and become null and <br /> void, if the electrical work authorized by such permit is <br /> not commenced within one hundred eighty (180) days from the <br /> date of such permit, or if the electrical work authorized by <br /> such permit is suspended or abandoned at any time after such <br /> work is commenced for period of one hundred eight (180) <br /> days. Before such work can be recommenced a new permit <br /> shall be first obtained to do so, and the fee therefor shall <br /> be one-half (~ ) the amount required for a new permit for <br /> such work, provided no changes have been made or will be <br /> made in the original plans and specifications for such work; <br /> and provided, further, that such suspension or abandonment <br /> has not exceeded one year. II <br /> IISection 9.114. Each applicant for a permit to do work <br /> regulated by this code, shall state in writing on the <br /> application form provided for that purpose, the character of <br /> 22 <br /> -.., ----.... <br />
