<br /> SWC·djk 12/17/87 (#6) <br /> " (1) A Master Sign Plan, drawn to scale, <br />delineating the site proposed to be included within the <br />signing program and the general location of all <br />proposed signs; <br /> " (2) Drawings and/or sketches indicating the <br />exterior surface details of all buildings on the site <br />on which wall signs, directory signs, or projecting <br />signs are proposed; and <br /> " (3) A statement of the reasons for any requested <br />modifications to the regulations or standards of this <br />article. <br />" (c) A Master Sign Plan must be approved by the <br />Planning Director, with the concurrence of the Building <br />Official, prior to issuance of a Master Sign Permit. The <br />Planning Director, with the concurrence of the Building <br />Official, may grant exceptions to the requirements of this <br />article upon making the following findings: <br /> " (1) That the Master Plan's contribution to the <br />design quality of the site and surrounding area will be <br />superior to the quality that would result if the <br />requirements of this article were implemented; <br /> " (2) That the proposed signs are compatible with <br />the style or character of existing or proposed <br />improvements on the site and are well-related to each <br />other; and <br /> 2 <br /> -_.. <br />
