<br /> 'J <br /> Exhibit "A" <br /> AMENDED <br /> BOUNDARY DESCRIPTION <br /> UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 86-1 <br /> ( CHESTNUT STREET) <br /> All that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of <br /> San Mateo, State of California, described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the Northwesterly line of Chestnut Street, <br /> 60.00 feet in width, with the Northeasterly line of El Camino Real, 100.00 <br /> feet in width, (formerly known as County Road, 66.00 feet in width) as said <br /> intersection is described in that certain CORPORATION GRANT DEED recorded in <br /> the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo on March 23, 1984, <br /> under Recorder's Serial No. 84031017 . <br /> THENCE: from said POINT OF BEGINNING, Northwesterly along the Northeasterly <br /> line of El Camino Real, North 48 Degrees West a distance of 278.3 feet more <br /> or less to a point where the Southeasterly line of Cedar Street, 60.00 feet <br /> in width, intersects the Northeasterly line of El Camino Real. <br /> THENCE: Northeasterly, and along the Southeasterly line of Cedar Street, <br /> North 64 Degrees East a distance of 155.6 feet .ore or less to a point where <br /> the Southeasterly line of Cedar Street intersects the Southwesterly line of <br /> Lathrop Street, 60.00 feet in width, as said streets are shown on that <br /> certain map entitled "HANCOCK'S ADDITION TO REDWOOD CITY", which .ap was <br /> filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo on February <br /> 21, 1962, in Book "E" of Maps at Page 43, and a copy entered in Volume 1 of <br /> Maps at Page 80. <br /> THENCE: Southeasterly, along the Southwesterly line of Lathrop Street, South <br /> 26 Degrees East a distance of 103.2 feet more or less to a point where the <br /> Southwesterly Extension of the Northwesterly line of the lands described in <br /> that certain GRANT DEED recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County <br /> of San Mateo on July 15, 1973, in Volume 6433 of Official Records at Page <br /> 514, intersects the Southwesterly line of Lathrop Street. <br /> THENCE: Northeasterly, across Lathrop Street and along said Southwesterly <br /> Extension of said Northwesterly line of the lands described above, North <br /> 64 Degrees East a distance of 60.00 feet to a point on the Northeasterly line <br /> of Lathrop Street. <br /> THENCE: continuing Northeasterly and along said Northwesterly line of the <br /> lands described above, North 64 Degrees East a distance of 125.0 feet more or <br /> less to the most Northerly corner of said lands. <br /> THENCE: continuing ~ortheasterly and along the Northwesterly line of the <br /> lands described in that certain CORPORATION GRANT DEED recorded in the office <br /> of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo on July 20, 1973, in Volume 6434 <br /> of Official Records at Page 245, North 64 Degrees East a distance of 125.0 <br /> feet more or less to a point on the Southwesterly line of Main Street <br /> (formerly known as Mound Street, 66.00 feet in width.) <br /> ...--.,......... <br />
