<br /> pJ:;'S:djk 2/16/87 (#6) <br />SECTION 3. Section 27.89 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 27.89. Private System Permit. It shall be <br />unlawful for any person to construct, alter, repair, <br />maintain, replace, put into use, or cause to be used, any <br />private sewage disposal system, septic tank or cesspool, <br />seepage pit, drainage field or leaching field system within <br />the city without first obtaining a variance from the strict <br />application of section 27.81 in accordance with the <br />procedure established in section 27.85, and without then <br />obtaining from the Building Inspector a written permit to <br />construct, maintain and use such private disposal facilities <br />and payment of a fee by the applicant for such permit in the <br />amount established pursuant to the provisions of Article IX <br />of this chapter." <br />SECTION 4. Section 27.122 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 27.122. Fee¡ Deposit or Performance Bond. <br />The application required by the preceding section shall be <br />in writing and shall be accompanied by a checking and <br />inspection fee in an amount established pursuant to the <br />provisions of Article IX of this chapter to cover the costs <br />of checking any plans for, and inspection of, the proposed <br />construction within any creek, ditch, natural storm water <br />drainage channel, storm drainage easement or public utility <br />easement adjacent, abutting or adjoining any creek, ditch or <br /> 3 <br /> ._-"_.... <br />
