THENCE; continuing South 28 Degrees, 20 Minutes West, across Middlefield Road, a distance of 84.00 feet to a point where the Southwesterly Ii ne 0 f Middlefield Road intersects the Northwesterly line of lands described in t ha t certain GRANT DEED recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo on December 24, 1964, in Volume 4865 of Official Records at Page 311. THENCE; Southeasterly, along the Southwesterly line of Middlefield Road, a distance of 50.0 feet more or less to the most Easterly corner of said lands.
