<br /> -2- <br />'l'HENCE; from last said point, Northeasterly across Main Street and across <br />Shasta Street (formerly known as Cooper Street, 60.00 feet in width), in a <br />direct line to a point on the Northerly line of Shasta Street. Said point <br />being the most Westerly corner of Lot 6, in Block 59 as said lot and block <br />are shown on that certain map entitled "MAP OF THE EASTERN ADDITION OF <br />REDWOOD CITY", filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo <br />on November 3, 1862, in Book 2 of Miscellaneous Records at Page 85 and copied <br />into Volume 1 of Maps at Page 81. <br />THENCE; Northwesterly, along said Northerly line of Shasta Street, North <br />61 Degrees, 40 Minutes West a distance of 48.0 feet more or less to a point <br />on the Northeasterly line of Main Street. <br />THENCE; Northwesterly, along said Northeasterly line of Main Street, North <br />26 Degrees West a distance of 57.0 feet more or less to a point where the <br />Southeasterly line of Cedar Street intersects the Northeasterly line of Main <br />Street. <br />'rlIENCE; Northeasterly, along said Southeasterly line of Cedar Street North <br />28 Degrees, 20 Minutes East a distance of 260.0 feet more or less to a point <br />where the Southwesterly line of the Southern Pacific Railroad Right-of-Way <br />intersects the Southeasterly line of Cedar Street. <br />'I'HENCE; Southeasterly, along said Southwesterly line of the Southern Pacific <br />Railroad Right-of-Way, South 51 Degrees, 55 Minutes East a distance of 103.0 <br />feet more or less to the most Easterly corner of Lot 12, Block 59 as shown on <br />said map entitled "MAP OF THE EAS'I'ERN ADDITION OF REDWOOD CITY". <br />THENCE; Northeasterly, across the Southern Pacific Railroad Right-of-Way, <br />North 28 Degrees, 20 Minutes East a distance of 81.1 feet more or less to a <br />point on the Northeasterly line of said Right-of-Way. Said point being the <br />most Westerly corner of Lot 6 , Block 60 as shown on said map entitled "MAP OF <br />'l'HE EAS'I'ERN ADDITION OF REDWOOD CITY". <br />'I'HENCE; Northeasterly, along the Northwesterly line of Lots 6, 5, 4 afJd 3 in <br />said Block 60, North 28 Degrees, 20 Minutes East a distance of 190.0 feet <br />more or less to the most Northerly corner of Lot 3. <br />THENCE; Southeasterly, along the Northeasterly line of Lot 3 in said Block 60 <br />South 61 Degrees, 40 Minutes East a distance of 50.1 feet more or less to the <br />most Westerly corner of the lands described in that certain GRANT DEED re- <br />corded in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo on March 20, <br />1984, under Recorder's Serial No. 84029l65. <br />THENCE; Northeasterly, along the Northwesterly line of said lands, North 28 <br />Degrees, 20 Minutes East a distance of 100.0 feet more or less to a point on <br />the Southwesterly line of Heller Street, 60.00 feet in width. <br />THENCE; continuing Northeasterly, across Heller Street, North 28 Degrees, <br />20 Minutes East a distance of 60.00 feet to a point on the Northeasterly line <br />of HeUer Street.
