Ordinance No. 1915, adopted July 22, 1985, <br />and all ordinances amending said Ordinance No. 1915, and resolutions <br />authorizing or revising appropriations mentioned therein, and all <br />ordinances in conflict with the terms of this ordinance to the extent <br />of such conflict, are hereby repealed, as of the effective date of <br />this ordinance. <br /> SECTION 9 . Effective Date and Operative Date.
