If any section, paragraph, sentence or word of <br />this ordinance or of the Code hereby adopted should for any <br />reason, be found invalid, it is intended that all other portions <br />of this ordinance independent of any such portion as may be <br />declared invalid shall be valid. <br /> SECTION 5. ~ This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) <br />days after the date of its adoption; provided, however, that any <br />building or structure lawfully commenced by the completion of its <br />foundation structure may be completed in accordance with the <br />applicable provisions of the Redwood City Code repealed by this <br />ordinance provided that such construction is in strict compliance <br />with such provisions. <br /> 10 <br /> ---.-.... .....".. --. .. <br />
