<br /> DES:djc 2/28/86 <br /> Section 1. 05. Partial Invalidity. If any provisions of <br />this ordinance, or its application to any person or circumstance, <br />is held invalid, the remainder of the ordinance, or the <br />application of such provision to other persons or circumstances, <br />shall not be affected thereby. <br /> Section 1. 06. Effect of Definitions. Unless the context <br />otherwise requires, the definitions set forth in this part govern <br />the construction of this ordinance. <br /> Section 1.07. Authority. "Authority" means the public <br />instrumentality created by Article 2 of this ordinance. <br /> Section 1. 08. Obligee of Authority; Obligee. "Obligee of <br />the Authority" or "obligee" means any of the following: <br /> (a) Any bondholder or trustee for any bondholders. <br /> (b) Any lessor demising to the Authority property and <br /> in connection with public facilities or infrastructure or <br /> any assignee of all or part of such lessor's interest. <br /> (c) The City, the State or the United States, or any <br /> agency of the foregoing when a party to any contract with <br /> the Authority. <br /> Section 1. 09. Project. "Project" means the construction, <br />acquisition, maintenance or improvement of public facilities and <br />infrastructure authorized by this ordinance. <br /> Section 1.10. Public Facilities and Infrastructure. <br />"Public Facilities and infrastructure" means any physical <br />structure of a public nature and use which public entities are <br />traditionally authorized to construct, acquire, operate, maintain <br /> 3 <br /> -...^. <br />
