<br /> DES:djc 2/28/86 <br /> Section 2.05. Reports. Annually, the Authority shall <br />prepare a detailed report of all its transactions, including a <br />statement of all revenues and expenditures. <br /> Section 2.06. Financial Statements; Publication. At least <br />once annually the Authority shall publish a statement of all its <br />financial affairs, audited by independent certified public <br />accountants. <br /> Section 2.07. Order for Dissolution. The City Council may <br />order the dissolution of the Authority if the Authority has no <br />outstanding bonded indebtedness, and if the unanimous written <br />consent of the members of the Authority is first obtained. <br /> ARTICLE 3 <br /> POWERS <br /> Section 3.01. Corporate Powers. The Authority may: <br /> (a) Sue and be sued, have a seal, and make and execute <br /> contracts and other instruments necessary or convenient to <br /> the exercise of its powers. <br /> (b) Make, and from time to time amend and repeal, <br /> bylaws and regulations not inconsistent with this ordinance <br /> to carry into effect the powers and purposes hereof. <br /> (c) Select and appoint or remove such permanent and <br /> temporary officers, agents, counsel, and employees, as it <br /> requires, and may determine their qualifications, duties, <br /> and compensation. The powers of the Authority under this <br /> subdivision are subject to all limitations and rights <br /> 5 <br /> _._..~-~ <br />
