<br /> ORIGINAL <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1937 SEP 8 1986 <br /> --------- <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE RAISED <br />BY TAXATION UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN GENERAL <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOS. 1-65, 2-65, 3-65 TO PROVIDE <br />FUNDS FOR GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOS. 1-65, <br /> 2-65 AND 3-65 <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-65. The <br />following general and special tax rates for General Improvement <br />District No. 1-65 hereinafter set forth are hereby levied and fixed, <br />for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1986 - June 30, 1987, in the amounts set <br />forth herein as follows, to wit: <br />Three Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Eight Hundred Eleven and <br />No/100 Dollars ($326,811.00) for payment of principal and interest on <br />Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-65 Bonds, for deposit <br />in the Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-65 Fund, and <br />the special tax rate therefor is hereby levied and fixed at $.0150 on <br />each One Hundred Dollars of assessed value of all taxable real <br />property within the limits of General Improvement District No. 1-65 as <br />said District was established by Resolution No. 4589, adopted by the <br />Council of the City of Redwood City on March 15, 1965, together with <br />all territory thereafter annexed thereto. <br />SECTION 2. GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2-65. The <br />following general and special tax rates for General Improvement <br />District No. 2-65 hereinafter set forth are hereby levied and fixed, <br />for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1986 - June 30, 1987, in the amounts set <br />forth herein as follows, to wit: <br /> 1 937 <br /> - ~""_.......... <br />
