<br /> DCB:sh 8/21/85 <br /> DES:sh 9/16/85R <br /> colored sticker for issuance to permittees of Residential <br /> Parking Permits, which sticker shall be affixed to the motor <br /> vehicle for which a permit is issued at the location <br /> specified in Section 20.204. <br /> "Section 20.203. Temporary or Guest Permits. Not more <br /> than ten (10) Residential Parking Permits shall be issued <br /> for guests at any dwelling unit. Temporary permits may be <br /> issued to residents in a Residential Parking Permit Area and <br /> may be issued at the same time as the annual permit. <br /> "Section 20.204. Display of Permits. Residential <br /> Parking Permits shall be affixed to a motor vehicle at the <br /> lower corner of the rear window on the driver's side. Guest <br /> or temporary permits shall be placed inside the vehicle, <br /> visible through the rear window on the driver's side. <br /> "Section 20.205. Fees for Issuance; Duration of <br /> Permits. The Council may establish by resolution fees for <br /> the issuance of Residential Parking Permits, Temporary <br /> Permits and for the replacement of lost, damaged or <br /> destroyed permits or stickers. Residential Parking Permits <br /> shall be valid for not more than one (1) year, unless <br /> otherwise stated on the permit and every permit shall be <br /> renewable prior to January 15th of each year. <br /> "Section 20.206. Termination of Permits. Permits shall <br /> terminate upon any of the following events: <br /> (a) Upon the transfer or sale of the vehicle for which a <br /> permit has been issued. <br /> 3 <br /> ... _. ~.~....- <br />
