<br /> SWC: sh 7/10/85 <br /> expenditure during the Fiscal Year July 1, 1985 - June 30, 1986. <br /> To the extent provided herein, this section shall be deemed to be <br /> an amendment of Section 32.15 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> City for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1985 - June 30, 1986, only. <br /> SECTION 8. Budgets for General Improvements Districts No. 1-64, <br /> No. 2-65, and No. 3-65. There are hereby adopted as the <br /> budgets for General Improvement Districts No. 1-64, No. 1-65, <br /> No. 2-65, and No. 3-65, for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1985 - June 30, <br /> 1986, the budgets certified by the City Clerk and City Manager, and <br /> so designated and included in the general City budget adopted by <br /> Paragraph 1 of this Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 9. Provision of Interim Expenditures as of July 1, <br /> 1986. All unexpended and unencumbered General Fund balances at the <br /> - close of the Fiscal Year June 30, 1986, except for those amounts <br /> otherwise legally disposed of, are hereby appropriated to the <br /> General Fund program "Resources Held in Reserve" for purposes of <br /> expenditure during the interim period between the close of the <br /> Fiscal Year June 30, 1986, and the date of adoption of a 1986-87 <br /> Fiscal Year budget. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized <br /> to transfer monies appropriated to the program "Resoures Held in <br /> Reserve" pursuant to this section from said program to any other <br /> program or budget item established by this 1985-86 Fiscal Year <br /> Budget Ordinance, for expenditure from such other program or <br /> budget item, without further Council approval for such transfer; <br /> provided, however, that the sum of all expenditures of General <br /> Fund monies during the Fiscal Year July 1, 1985 - June 30, 1986, <br /> plus any interim period for which this authorization is effective <br /> shall not exceed the total amount appropriated by this 1985-86 <br /> 5 <br /> -~-'" ~_.- <br />
