<br /> SWC:sh 4/5/85 <br /> SWC:sh 4/18/85R <br /> SWC: sh 4/22/85R <br />park building or recreation area in the City is hereby <br />declared a public nuisance and the Chief of Animal Control, <br />as defined in Chapter 5 of this Code, is hereby directed to <br />abate all such nuisances as soon as reported by impounding <br />such animal, whether licensed or not. Any officer or <br />employee of the City is hereby authorized to abate all such <br />nuisances by the removing of such dog from park property." <br />SECTION 4. Section 25.1.16 is hereby added to Chapter 25 of <br />the Redwood City Code to read as follows: <br /> "Section 25.1.16. Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages <br />Prohibited Except in Certain Areas. It shall be unlawful <br />for any person to consume any alcoholic beverage in any park <br />in the City, except in the following parks: <br /> " (a) Hawes Park; <br /> " (b) Hoover School Park; <br /> " (c) Marlin Park; <br /> " (d) Red Morton Community Park; and <br /> " (e) Stulsaft Park <br /> "The Director shall cause appropriate signs to be <br />posted to designate the aforementioned parks where alcoholic <br />beverages may be consumed." <br />SECTION 5. Section 25.1.17 is hereby added to Chapter 25 of <br />the Redwood City Code to read as follows: <br /> "Section 26.1.17. Violations and Penalties. Any <br />person violating any provision of this division or any <br />amendment thereto, or violating the terms of any permit <br />issued pursuant thereto, shall be guilty of an infraction, <br /> 3 <br /> 191 0 <br /> -" -_...- <br />
