Pursuant to CEQA section 21081.6 and CEQA Guidelines section 15091, and in support of Its approval of the Project, the Planning Commission has reviewed and considered the CEQA Findings of Factforthe Project, attached hereto as Exhibit and incorporated herein by reference, finds that such Findings of Fact are supported by substantial evidence in the record and recommends that the City Council adopt the CEQA Findings of Fact. 7. Pursuant to CEQA Section 21081.6 and CEQA Guidelines section 15091 and in support of Its approval of the Project the Planning Commission has reviewed and considered the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program that requires all mitigation measures described in the FEIR be implemented by means of Project conditions, agreements or other measures, as set forth in the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by reference and recommends that the City Council adopt the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program. 8. The Planning Commission recommends that the City Council certify the Final EIR for the Project 9. The Planning Commission recommends that the City Council direct the City's Community Development Department to file a notice of determination with the County Clerk of San Mateo County upon approval of the Project. 10. Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15091(e), the documents and other materials that constitute the record of proceedings upon which the Planning Commission has based its determinations are located in and may be obtained from the Office of the City Clerk at 1017 Middlefield Road Redwood City California The City Clerk is the custodian of records for all matters before the City. 11.
