Section 7. The Tentative Parcel Map and Downtown Planned Community permit <br />are hereby approved based on the Planning Commission's consideration and reliance <br />on the Initial Study (IS) and Downtown Precise Plan EIR and in accordance with <br />the plans, details, descriptions, and conditions of approval contained therein, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />Section 8.
