EXHIBIT A <br />1. Scope of Work <br />Contractor shall perform the following services: <br />1. Coordination <br />a. Coordinate project implementation schedule with City staff. <br />b. Communicate with City staff once repairs have been made. <br />2. Repairs <br />a. Make repairs to existing decorative tree lights that are out of service due to: <br />broken lightbulbs, broken light strings from tree growth, and water damage. <br />b. Repair any lights that have been vandalized. <br />3. Traffic Control <br />a. Implement appropriate vehicle and pedestrian traffic control at the project site to <br />facilitate safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians. <br />4. Invoices <br />a. Invoice the City monthly at the end of the month for all completed repairs. <br />5. Warranty <br />a. Provide, at a minimum, the standard manufacturer's warranty on all materials and <br />equipment installed under this Agreement. <br />6. License <br />a. Possess an active C-10 Electrical Contractor license issued by the State of <br />California, Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board, <br />during the performance of all work under this Agreement. <br />2.
