<br /> SWC:sh 12/27/84 <br />SECTION 5. Section 12.21 of the Redwood City Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 12.21. Violations; Penalty. (a) Any person, <br />firm or corporation whether as principal, agent, employee, <br />or otherwise, who shall violate or cause the violation of <br />any of the provisions of the Fire Code adopted by Section <br />12.7 and as amended by this article, or fail to comply with <br />any order, license, or permit made or issued thereunder, or <br />who shall build in violation of any detailed statement of <br />specifications or plans submitted and approved thereunder <br />and from which no appeal has been taken, or who shall fail <br />to comply with such an order, license, or permit as affirmed <br />or modified by the council or by a court of competent <br />jurisdiction within the time fixed therein, shall severally, <br />for each and every such violation and noncompliance <br />respectively, be guilty of an infraction and, upon <br />conviction thereof, shall be punishable as provided in <br />Section 1.7(b) of this Code. <br /> "The imposition of any one penalty for any violation <br />shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue. <br />Each and every day a violation shall continue shall be <br />deemed to be a separate violation. <br /> " (b) The Chief or the authorized representatives of the <br />Chief shall enforce the provisions of the Fire Code adopted <br />by Section 12.7 and as amended by this article and all <br /> 5 <br /> 1 908 <br /> --.- ... ¥~_. <br />
