FRANCHISE VIOLATIONS. Commission of any of the <br />following acts or failure to perform any of the following <br />obligations constitutes a default and breach of Grantee's <br />obligations under this franchise: <br />(a) Failure to perform any material obligation under this <br />franchise or required under any other agreement between Grantor <br />and Grantee related to the CATV System. <br />(b) Failure to provide quality of service, or failure to <br />respond to subscriber complaints in such manner as to demonstrate <br />a continuing, willful pattern of inadequacy of service, which <br />conduct has not been corrected by Grantee within Twenty (20) <br />days' written notice given by Grantor to Grantee to correct or <br />cease such conduct. <br />(c) Failure to comply in any respect with the provisions <br />of subdivisions (a) , (b) , (c) and (d) of Section 8 hereof. <br />(d) Frequent violation of any order or ruling of any <br />regulatory body having jurisdiction over Grantee relative to this <br />franchise unless such order or ruling is being contested by <br />Grantee in a court of competent jurisdiction. <br />(e) Any attempt to evade any of the provisions of this <br />franchise or to perpetrate any fraud or deceit upon Grantor. <br />(f) Insolvency, inability or unwillingness to pay its <br />debts, or adjudication as a bankrupt. <br /> 16 <br /> _. _~"·d_. <br />
