<br /> DCB:rks 6/28/84R <br /> DCB:sh 8/06/84R <br /> DCB:sh 8/17/84R <br /> DES:sh 10/25/84R <br /> DES:sh 11/26/84R <br />shall reserve a second local origination channel for Grantor if <br />the system capacity is expanded to thirty six (36) channels. <br /> Grantee shall provide local origination programming at its <br />studio if a local origination services contract between Canada <br />College and Grantee is not executed within one year of the date <br />of the above mentioned notice to perform. Grantee shall provide <br />the sum of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00) to Grantor which <br />amount shall be used only for the purpose of the acquisition of <br />studio equipment for the local origination channel. Grantee also <br />agrees to provide a microwave link between the location of the <br />local origination services and the offices of Grantee after FCC <br />approval has been received. Grantee shall retain title to all <br />local programming equipment. Grantee shall provide regularly <br />scheduled maintenance of all local programming studio and <br />microwave equipment. <br /> (d) Addressable technology (which shall include making <br />available addressable converters to all subscribers requesting <br />such service) shall be provided to all subscribers within four <br />years from the operative date of this ordinance. <br /> (e) Expansion of the CATV system to a thirty six (36) <br />channel capacity within two years from the operative date of this <br />ordinance. <br /> (f) provision of one outlet of Basic Cable Service to each <br />governmental office building, fire station, police station and <br />public school building which is located within 400 cable meters <br /> 5 <br /> _. . -.-.-->'...... <br />
