<br /> DCB:rks 6/19/84R <br /> DCB: sh 8/02/84R <br /> DES:sh 10/25/84R <br /> DES:sh 11/26/84R <br />such obligations as soon as reasonably possible after the <br />cessation of the interruption caused by such act. <br /> " (c) The Grantee shall file with the City Clerk the initial <br />and any proposed subscriber's rate schedule changes. No rates or <br />charges, other than those specified in a validly adopted rate <br />schedule, shall be charged by the Grantee, unless at least thirty <br />(30) days prior to the effective date of any adjustments to rates <br />or charges, the Grantee has filed a notice of such adjustments <br />with the City Clerk and all subscribers, setting forth: (i) the <br />current rates and charges; (ii) the proposed rates or charges; <br />and (iii) the effective date(s) for the proposed rates or <br />charges. <br /> " (d) Notwithstanding anything contained in subdivision (c) <br />to the contrary, the City Council may enact reasonable <br />regulations relating to the setting of basic subscriber rates or <br />charges and the making of adjustments thereto. In the event the <br />Public Utilities Commission of the State of California or the <br />Federal Communications Commission establishes jurisdiction over <br />the rates of the Grantee, or the authority of the City Council to <br />regulate such rates and charges is otherwise by law preempted, <br />then the authority of the City to regulate rates and charges <br />shall cease to the extent of such preemption, only. <br /> " (e) The Grantee shall reimburse the City for all City <br />expenses incurred in publishing legal notices and ordinances <br />relating to this article.
