<br />All that certain real property situated in the City of Redwood City, --
<br />County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at a point where the southeasterly line of Roosevelt Avenue,
<br />60.00 feet in width, intersects the southwesterly line of El Camino
<br />_ Real, 100.00 feet in width as said intersection is described in that
<br />certain "INDIVIDUAL GRANT DEED", filed in the office of the County
<br />Recorder of San Mateo County, July 22, 1941 in Book 976 of Official
<br />Records at Page 98.
<br />THE~CE; southeasterly, along the southwesterly line of El Camino Real,
<br />S48 33'E a distance of 35.05 feet to a point where the southwesterly line
<br />of El Camino Real intersects the southeasterly line of the lands described
<br />in that certain "INDIVIDUAL GRANT DEED", filed in the office of the County
<br />Recorder of San Mateo County, June 1, 1981 under Recorder's File No.
<br />50233AS.
<br />THENCE; southwesterly, along the southeasterly line of said lands, 5440 30'W
<br />a distance of 95.42 feet, more or less, to a point on the northeasterly line
<br />of the lands described in that certain "COMMUNITY PROPERTY ORDER AND ORDER
<br />APPROVING FEES", filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo
<br />County, August 27, 1980 at Reel 7984, Image 2414.
<br />THENCE; southeasterly, along the northeasterly line of said lands, 5450 30'E
<br />a distance of 255.50 feet, more or less, to the most northerly corner of the
<br />lands described in that certain "JOINT TENANCY GRANT DEED", filed in the
<br />office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, November 16, 1949 in
<br />Volume 1745 of Official Records at Page 367.
<br />THENCE; southwesterly, along the northwesterly line of said lands, 5440 30'W
<br />a distance of 50.00 feet to the most westerly corner thereof.
<br />THENCE; southeasterly, along the southwesterly line of said lands, 5450 30'E
<br />a distance of 71.60 feet to the most southerly corner thereof.
<br />THENCE; southwesterly, along the southeasterly line of the lands described
<br />in that certain "COMMUNITY PROPERTY ORDER AND ORDER APPROVI NG FEES", fil ed in
<br />the" office of the County Röcorder of San Mateo County, August 27, 1980 at
<br />Reel 7984, Image 2414, S44 30'W a distance of 78.57 feet, more or less,
<br />to the most easterly corner of the lands described in that certain "GRANT
<br />DEED", filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County,
<br />January 17, 1972 in Volume 6078 of Official Records at Page 190.
<br />THENCE; southwesterly, along the southeasterly line of said lands, S44° 30'W
<br />a distance of 72.30 feet to the most northerly corner of the lands described
<br />in that certain "GRANT DEED", filed in the office of the County Recorder of
<br />San Mateo County, January 30, 1951 in Book 2015 of Official Records at
<br />Page 623.
