<br /> CGM:djg-c 1/28/83 <br /> CGM: 3-c 9/14/83R <br /> CGM:oJg-c 9/20/83R <br /> CGM:djg-c lO/lO/83R <br /> CGM:rb 11/01/83R <br /> CGM:rb 12/27/83R <br /> CGM:djg-c 01/23/84R <br /> DES:rb 01/23/84R <br />" (a) Construction and Performance Bond. <br />( 1) Within thirty (30 ) days after the granting of this <br /> franchise and prior to the commencement of any <br /> construction work by the Grantee, the Grantee shall <br /> file with the City a construction and performance bond <br /> or an equivalent security as approved by the City in <br /> the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) , <br /> in favor of the City and other persons who may claim <br /> for damages as a result of the breach of any duty <br /> relating to the construction or installation of CATV <br /> facilities by the Grantee. <br />( 2) The bond shall cover the cost of removal of any <br /> properties installed by the Grantee in the event said <br /> Grantee shall default in the performance of its <br /> construction obligation. <br />" (b) Compliance Bond. <br />(1) In addition to the performance bond set forth above, <br /> the Grantee shall, at least thirty (30) days prior to <br /> the commencement of operation, file with the City a <br /> compliance bond or an equivalent security as approved <br /> by the City in the amount of Twenty-five Thousand <br /> Dollars ($25,000) , in favor of the City and other <br /> persons who may be entitled to damages as a result <br /> of any occurrence in the operation or termination of <br /> the CATV operated under this franchise, and including <br /> 10 <br /> ,.-.. .......-..'-..- <br />
