The Grantee, however, shall <br /> be entitled to the return of such security fund, or <br /> portion thereof, as remains on deposit at the expiration <br /> of the term of the franchise, or upon termination of the <br /> franchise at an earlier date, provided that there is then <br /> no outstanding default on the part of the Grantee. <br />" (d) Insurance. The Grantee shall maintain in force the <br />following types and amount of insurance: <br />(1) Workers' Compensation Insurance: in such coverage <br /> as may be required by the workers' compensation <br /> insurance and safety laws of the State of California <br /> and amendments thereto. <br />(2 ) Comprehensive General Liability: insuring against all <br /> claims, losses, or damages for personal or bodily injury, <br /> including loss of life, in the amount of Five Hundred <br /> Thousand Dollars ($500,000) for each occurrence, and for <br /> property damage constituting injury to or destruction of <br /> property, including the loss of use thereof, in the <br /> amount of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) for <br /> each occurrence. <br />(3) Comprehensive Automobile Liability: including non- <br /> 13 <br /> ,- ...".... .. <br />
