The <br />basic subscriber television service may be provided in various <br />service tiers or configurations. <br /> (b) A basic subscriber radio service which shall include <br />broadcast FM. <br /> (c) A local origination channel which shall include a <br />cablecasting studio at Canada College on a high-quality, <br />professional basis for the purpose of providing cablecast <br />programming responsive to local needs and interests. This channel <br />shall be installed by Grantee within one year from written notice <br />to so perform, after approval has been received from the Federal <br />Communications Commission. Grantee shall reserve a second local <br />origination channel for Grantor at such time as the capacity of the <br />system is expanded to 36 channels. <br />Grantee will provide local origination programming at its <br />studio in the event that a contract with Canada College to provide <br />local origination services is not developed. Grantee shall provide <br />the sum of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00) to Grantor which <br />amount shall be used only for the purpose of the acquisition of <br />studio equipment for the local origination channel. Grantee also <br />agrees to provide in addition to the $40,000 a microwave link <br />between the location of the local origination services and the <br />offices of Grantee after approval has been received by the Federal <br /> 4 <br /> .-. -........- <br />
