SECTION 6. INSTALLATION. The Grantee shall comply with all provisions of the Code of the City of Redwood City regulating the installation of CATV facilities. The Grantee shall provide CATV service within two years from the operative date of the franchise to that area shown on "Exhibit A". The Grantee shall provide CATV service to all areas that are subsequently annexed to the City of Redwood City subject to the condition that Grantee shall have received a written request from 15 or more separate residences within 400 cable meters of an aerial trunkline or from 25 or more separate residences within 400 cable meters of an underground trunkline, if all connection and service fees shall have been deposited in advance with Grantee by such separate residences. If such areas are beyond the aforementioned distances, the estimated cost of construction shall also be deposited at the same time as the connection and service fees. SECTION 7. REPORTS. ( 1) Annual Reports. Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the close of Grantee's fiscal year, for the franchise, the Grantee shall submit a written annual report, in a form approved by the City, including, but not limited to, the following information: (a) A summary of the previous year's (or, in the case of the initial reporting year, the initial year's) activities in 7 ._-> --,.~.
