If the Grantee shall fail to <br />repair a subscriber's CATV facilities within three (3 ) <br />working days from receipt of a complaint from a subscriber <br />as to the services provided to a subscriber's address, the Grantee <br />shall provide a credit to such subscriber for the entire time <br />such facilities have not been repaired by the Grantee. If the <br />Grantee is prevented from performing its obligations due to an act <br />beyond control of the Grantee, the above provisions shall not be <br />applicable if the Grantee performs such obligations as soon as <br />reasonably possible after the cessation of the interruption caused <br />by such act. <br />" (c) The rate schedule for any service agreement or <br />increase thereto to subscribers shall be filed by the Grantee <br />with the City Clerk. No rates or charges other than those <br />specified in such rate schedule shall be made by the Grantee. <br />At least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of any <br />adjustments to rates or charges, the Grantee shall file a notice <br />of such adjustments with the City Clerk and all subscribers, <br />setting forth the rates or charges then in effect, the proposed <br />rates or charges and the dates upon which said proposed rates <br />or charges are to become effective. <br />" (d) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (c) , <br /> 14 <br /> ^~H"~'__ <br />
