<br /> rGM:mf 01/26/83 <br /> JM:mf 02/14/83R <br /> CGM:djg-c 10/18/83R <br /> CGM:rb 11/Ol/83R <br /> CGM:djg-c 12/23/83R <br /> DES:rb 1/23/84R <br /> " (e) The Grantee shall have no recourse whatsoever <br />against the City for any loss, cost, expense, or damage, <br />arising out of any provisions or requirements of this <br />article or its enforcement. <br /> " (f) The Grantee shall be subject to all requirements of <br />this Code, and all rules, regulations and specifications of <br />the City heretofore or hereafter enacted or established, <br />including, but not limited to, those concerning street <br />work, street excavations, use, removal and relocation of <br />property within a street, and other street work. <br /> " (g) Carrier facilities for CATV system installed <br />pursuant to a franchise granted under this article shall <br />make maximum use of existing public utility lines, poles <br />and equipment. Additional lines, poles or equipment may be <br />permitted as specifically authorized in the franchise to the <br />Grantee. <br /> " (h) In the event of any conflict of use of public <br />utility lines, poles and equipment between a Grantee under <br />this article and any public agency, the use of the public <br />agency shall take precedence over that of the Grantee. <br />Public agency uses as used herein shall include but not <br />be limited to lines and appurtenant equipment and materials <br />placed or installed as part of a fire alarm or police alarm <br />system.
