<br /> (d) The storage, handling and dispensing of flammable and <br />combustible liquids shall be in accordance with U.B.C. Standard No. 9-1, <br />"Flammable and Combustible Liquids," and the requirements of Division I <br />of Article 80 of the Fire Code as added thereto pursuant to Section <br />l2.l8.6 hereof, except as otherwise provided in this Article or in other <br />laws or regulations legally in effect. Standards.)~ <br /> , <br /> SECTION 2: Section l2.l8.6 is hereby added to the Code of the City <br />of Redwood City to read as follows: <br /> "Article 80 (commencing with Section 80.101) of the Fire Code is <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> ARTICLE 80 <br /> HAZARDOUS MATERIALS <br /> Division I <br /> GENERAL PROVISIONS, <br />SCOPE; DEFINITIONS <br /> Sec. 80.101. Except as otherwise provided herein, the regulations <br />contained in this Article 80 supplement existing federal, state and local <br />regulations relating to the storage, use and transportation of hazardous <br />materials. <br /> The following terms shall have the meaning set forth below. <br /> Abandoned. When referring to a storage facility, means out of <br />service and not safeguarded in compliance wih this Article. <br /> Facility.
