<br /> swr.: rb 11/08/83 <br /> S ~rb 11/09/83R <br /> The fee payable for a monthly permit purchased after the <br /> 16th of the month shall be one-half the monthly fee <br /> established by Section 20.150. The fee payable for an <br /> annual permit shall be the fee established therefor by <br /> Section 20.150, which amount shall be prorated on a monthly <br /> basis for issuance thereof after January 1 on any year; <br /> provided, however, during the last two months of each <br /> calendar year monthly permits only may be purchased. <br /> "Section 20.153. Display Where Visible Relief from <br /> Payment of Meter Fees. When the parking permit is placed so <br /> as to be clearly legible through the windshield of a vehicle <br /> described in Section 20.150, the operator thereof shall be <br /> relieved of the obligation of putting the meter in operation <br /> by the deposit of coins therein. If the permit is not so <br /> visible, the vehicle and operator shall be subject to the <br /> provisions of Division 4 of this article. <br /> "Section 20.154. Operation of Meter for Delivery <br /> Vehicles Parked Longer than Thirty Minutes. It shall be <br /> unlawful for any person to park or cause to be parked, any <br /> delivery vehicle for which a permit has been issued under <br /> subsection (a) of Section 20.150 in a parking meter space <br /> for a period exceeding thirty (30) minutes unless the meter <br /> is put in operation by the deposit of coins therein." <br /> SECTION 2.
