<br /> SWc:rb 7/01/83 <br />reclamation process, or excessive reclamation costs, or any <br />product of the treatment process which renders such <br />reclamation process impracticable or not feasible under <br />normal operating conditions; <br />" (h) A detrimental environmental impact, or a nuisance <br />wherever located, or a condition unacceptable to any public <br />agency having regulatory jurisdiction over operation of the <br />sewerage facilities; <br />" (i) Discoloration, or any other adverse condition in <br />the quality of the effluent from the sewerage facilities <br />such that receiving water quality requirements established <br />by any statute, rule, regulation, ordinance, or permit <br />condition cannot be met by the City or the Authority; <br />" (j ) Conditions at or near the sewerage facilities, or <br />any portion thereof, which cause, or may cause, the City or <br />Authority to be in violation of the requirements of law. <br />" (k) Pollutants introduced into the sewerage <br />facilities which Pass Through or Interfere with the <br />operation or performance of the sewerage facilities." <br />SECTION 3. Section 27.27 of Chapter 27 of the Code of <br />the City of Redwood City, California, is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br />"Section 27.27. Wastewater Strength.
