Dawson Coblin spoke of a tree recently removed from the front of his house. He requested that <br />one other than a Scarlet Oak replace the tree or that it not be replaced at all. <br />Rudolph Luca spoke in opposition of the accessory dwelling unit ordinance due to his own <br />personal experience. He stated the concern is really in the need for housing for seniors and <br />others. <br />7. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council and are enacted <br />by one motion and one vote.
