Abandonment. In the event that Permittee abandons or fails to use the <br /> Premises, or fails, neglects, or refuses to maintain the Premises, including the fence, in <br /> a neat and attractive condition, or to comply with any of the conditions herein contained, <br /> or in the event that this permission shall be revoked, then all rights of Permittee <br /> hereunder shall forthwith cease and terminate and Permittee shall then return the <br /> condition of the Premises to its original condition or as nearly as possible thereto as <br /> acceptable to City and shall remove the fence, all at Permittee's expense. ... <br /> 7. Assianments. This permit and the privileges granted to Permittee hereunder <br /> shall not be assigned by Permittee without the prior written permission of City. <br /> 8. Successors. The terms and conditions hereof shall be binding upon, and the <br /> benefits hereof shall accrue to, the successors in interest of Permittee, its assigns, <br /> transferees, heirs, or grantees. <br /> 9. Amendments. Amendments or supplements hereto should be written and <br /> shall be approved and executed in the same manner and by the same parties as the <br /> original hereof. <br /> 10. Effective Date and Termination.
