ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> This agenda item affords members of the public the opportunity to directly address the <br /> City Council on any subject relating to the City Council which is not on the agenda or any <br /> item within the Consent Calendar. If the subject vou wish to address is not on the <br /> aaenda. please understand that the Brown Act (Open Meetina Law) precludes the <br /> Council from takina any action at this time.
