EXHIBIT A <br />1. Scope of Work <br />Contractor shall provide the following services: <br />A. Electric Vehicle Sunnly Eouinment (EVSE): <br />Location Quantity & Type <br />Red Morton (2) Level 2 Charge Point 2000 Series EVSE units <br />Main Library (1) Level 2 Clipper Creek CS40 EVSE unit <br />(1) Level 2 Charge Point 4000 Series dual port EVSE unit <br />Redwood Shores Library (1) Level 2 Charge Point Dual port EVSE unit <br />(1) Level 2 Charge Point Single Port 4000 series <br />(1) Level 3 DC Fast Charger <br />Movie Theater Garage (2) Level 1 and Level 2 Combo Charge Point EVSE units <br />Marshall Street Garage (2) Level 2 Combo units <br />(1) Level 3 DC Fast Charger <br />TOTAL 12 UNITS <br />The City may add additional EVSE units during the course of this Agreement. The <br />Contractor agrees to service any additional units, at a price adjustment to the monthly <br />maintenance cost that is agreed to by both Contractor and City in writing. <br />B. Monthlv Maintenance: <br />a. Inspect each of the above EVSE units twice per month to ensure that breakers, <br />screens, guns, and other components are operating correctly. <br />b. Evaluate computer cores based on monitoring results from the unit manufacturer. <br />c. Repair and/or replace necessary parts to continue proper operation of each unit. <br />d. Repair any physical damage to the units. <br />e. Perform screen cleanings on Level 3 chargers as needed. <br />C. Parts Replacement: <br />a. Order needed replacement parts and store at Public Works Corporation Yard. <br />i. Cost of replacement parts are excluded from the monthly maintenance <br />cost. <br />D. Annual Maintenance: <br />a. Perform a torque check of disconnects, breakers, ground and neutrals on each unit <br />once per year. <br />E. Warranty: <br />a. Provide one-year labor warranty for all work performed under this Agreement. <br />The City is not responsible for additional labor costs for warranty -related calls. <br />2.
