<br /> SWC:djg-c 7/5/83 <br /> SECTION 10. Repeal. Ordinance No. 1861, adopted July 19, <br />1982, and all ordinances amending said Ordinance No. 1861, and <br />resolutions authorizing or revising appropriations mentioned <br />therein, and all ordinances in conflict with the terms of this <br />ordinance to the extent of such conflict, are hereby repealed, as <br />of the effective date of this ordinance. <br /> SECTION 11. Effective Date and Operative Date. In accordance <br />with Section 51.5 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City, this <br />ordinance shall be effective immediately upon final adoption <br />thereof, by the Council of Redwood City, and shall be operative <br />retroactive to July 1, 1983. <br /> * * * <br /> 7 <br /> ._~._.,- <br />
