Section 38 is added to the Agreement to read as follows: <br />"38. Joint Use Mao <br />Exhibit E, attached hereto and incorporated by reference, depicts the Sandpiper <br />Joint Use Site and identifies the specific areas within the site over which each entity (City <br />or District) has exclusive use and the specific areas within the site over which City and <br />District have shared use pursuant to the terms of this Joint Use Agreement. In the event, <br />the terms of the Joint Use Agreement are in conflict with the depiction on the Joint Use <br />Map, the terms of the Joint Use Agreement are controlling." <br />14.
