architectural services for the entire Joint Use Site. <br />d. When a Project Architect is finally selected by City and <br />District, the Joint Selection Committee shall be dissolved. <br />17. Selection of Architect. <br />a. City and District shall each consider the recommendation made <br />by the Joint Selection Committee, and jointly approve the selection of <br />a Project Architect for the entire Joint Use Site.. <br />b. City and District shall jointly prepare an architectural <br />services agreement detailing the scope of services and cost of services. <br />To the degree possible City and District shall jointly enter into a <br />single architectural services agreement, if such an agreement can be <br />drafted to ensure that District and City are individually responsible <br />with respect to their respective sole use facilities. Alternatively <br />District shall enter into a separate architectural services agreement <br />with respect to District facilities, City shall enter into a separate <br />architectural services agreement with respect to City facilities, and <br />City and District shall jointly enter into an agreement with respect to <br />joint use facilities. <br />C. The architectural design phase of the project development <br />shall include two public hearings in the Redwood Shores area to solicit <br />input on project design (including site plan, schematic design and <br />elevations of buildings) from the general public. At its option, <br />District may hold an additional public hearing within the City cf <br />Belmont. <br />18. Appointment of a Desiam Group and Preparation <br />of Desian Development and Site Conceptual Plans <br />a. A Design Group shall be formed by City and District.
