EXHIBIT E <br />CONFIRMATION OF TERM OF LEASE <br />This confirmation of lease and description of premises is made , 20_, between City of <br />Redwood City, a California municipal corporation, hereinafter called "Landlord," and Belmont -Redwood Shores <br />School District, a public school district in San Mateo County, hereinafter called "Tenant." All capitalized terms used <br />herein are as defined in the Lease. The parties agree as follows: <br />I. Landlord and Tenant entered into a Ground Lease dated , 20 , in which Landlord leased to <br />Tenant and Tenant leased from Landlord the premises described in Exhibit D of the Lease ("Premises"). <br />2. Pursuant to Section 2.1 of the Lease, Landlord and Tenant agree to confirm the Lease terms as follows: <br />A. , 20_, is the Tenn Commencement Date of the Lease; <br />B. , 20_, is the Expiration Date of the Initial Term of the Lease. <br />3. Tenant confirms that it has accepted possession of the Premises as provided in the Lease. <br />4. Both parties confirm that: <br />A. The Lease has not been modified, altered, or amended, except as follows: <br />B. The Lease is in full force and effect. <br />5.
