EXHIBIT G <br />FORM OF MEMORANDUM OF LEASE <br />RECORDING REQUESTED BY AND <br />WHEN REQUESTED, RETURN TO: <br />SPACE ABOVE THIS LINE FOR RECORDERS USE <br />MEMORANDUM OF LEASE <br />This Memorandum of Lease is made and entered into this —day of , 20_, by and <br />Land <br />between City of Redwood City, a California municipal corporation ("lord"), and Belmont -Redwood Shores <br />School District, a public school district in San Mateo County ("Tenant"), who agree as follows: <br />1. Term and Premises. Landlord leases to Tenant and Tenant leases from Landlord the real property <br />together with certain Improvements thereof located in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br />California, described in Attachment No. 1 attached to this Memorandum of Lease together with certain Improvements <br />thereof ("Premises"), for a term to expire , 20_. The lease is on the terms and conditions contained in <br />the lease between the parties dated ("Lease"). The provisions of the Lease are incorporated into this <br />Memorandum by reference. <br />2. Pumose of Memorandum of Lease.
