<br />CGU.djg-c <br />Ct Ijg-c <br />DES:djg-c <br />DES:rb <br /> <br />3/22/83 <br />6/08/83R <br />6/24/83R <br />6/27/83R <br /> <br />" (ii) <br /> <br />Concurrently with each remittance of taxes <br /> <br />collected pursuant to the provisions of this Article, <br /> <br />every service supplier shall file with the Director a <br /> <br />report, (on forms provided or approved by the Director) <br /> <br />stating the amount of taxes billed and collected for the <br /> <br />billing period or periods to which the remittance <br /> <br />pertains, delinquencies in the payment of any tax, and <br /> <br />such other information as the Director reasonable may <br /> <br />require. <br /> <br />"(iii) The duty to collect the tax from a service user <br /> <br />shall commence with the beginning of the first billing <br /> <br />period applicable to said service user which starts on or <br /> <br />after the operative date of the ordinance adding this <br /> <br />Article to the Redwood City Code. In instances where a <br /> <br />person concurrently receives more than one billing, of <br /> <br />which one or more is or are for different billing periods, <br /> <br />the duty to collect the tax shall arise separately for <br /> <br />each billing period. <br /> <br />"Section 32.508. Administrative Agreements. The Director <br /> <br />may enter into administrative agreements to vary the strict <br /> <br />requirements of the provisions of this Article so that <br /> <br />collection of any tax imposed hereunder may be made in <br /> <br />conformance with the billing procedures of a particular service <br /> <br />supplier so long as said agreements provide for collection <br /> <br />of the tax in conformance with the general purpose and scope of <br /> <br />7 <br />
