RESOLUTION NO. 15-114 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DALY CITY <br />APPROVING EXECUTION OF PUBLIC WORKS MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT <br />WITH COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND OTHER CITIES WITHIN THE COUNTY <br />A. The City of Daly City desires to enter into a Public Works Mutual Aid Agreement <br />with other cities within County of San Mateo, which provides an organized means of providing <br />voluntary mutual aid to neighboring entities in the event of a disaster. <br />B. Any participating municipality can elect to render mutual aid, or not, on a case by <br />case basis at the time a mutual aid request is issued. The agreement's purpose is to establish clear <br />understanding between all parties as to how issues of staff supervision, liability and payment will <br />be handled if and when mutual aid is rendered, so as to not delay the decision to rendet aid. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Daly City <br />that it does'hereby approve the Public Works Mutual Aid Agreement with the County of San <br />Mateo and other cities within the County, and does hereby authorize the City Manager or her <br />designated representative to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of Daly City. <br />1 hereby certify the foregoing to be a trite copy of a Resolution adopted by the City Council of Daly City, <br />California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the IP day of lulu , 2015, by the <br />following vote of the members thereof: <br />AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmembers: <br />NOES, Councilmembers: <br />ABSENT, Councilrnembers: <br />APPROVED: <br />RAYMOND A.
