EXHIBIT A <br />1. Scone of Work <br />Contractor shall perform the following services: <br />1. Coordination <br />a. Coordinate project implementation schedule with City staff <br />b. Communicate with City staff once repairs have been made <br />2. Repairs <br />a. Remove and replace the electrical sub feed running behind the Harbor Master's <br />office at Docktown Marina <br />i. Install a new 200 -amp underground sub feed <br />ii. Install needed conduit and wiring <br />b. Replace the electrical subpanel on the right side of the Harbor Master's office <br />with a new 200 -amp 3-phase outdoor sub panel <br />i. Install needed conduit and wiring <br />c. Perform any required demolition and trenching <br />d. Tie newly installed parts to existing lighting <br />3. Invoices <br />a. Invoice the City monthly at the end of the month for all completed repairs <br />4. Warran <br />a. Provide, at a minimum, the standard manufacturer's warranty on all materials and <br />equipment installed under this Agreement <br />5. License <br />a. Possess an active C-10 Electrical Contractor license issued by the State of <br />California, Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board, <br />during the performance of all work under this Agreement. <br />2.
