FLY will provide the Leadership Program to a minimum of 2 <br />moderate/high-risk Redwood City youth. The Law Program is an innovative law <br />education course taught in 2 -hour sessions over 12 weeks by volunteer law and <br />university students, community professionals and FLY staff. After the Law <br />Program, youth assessed as moderate to high-risk and in need of support are <br />eligible to join the Leadership Program - 10 months of intensive 1:1 case <br />management, pro -social group events and community service with their peers. <br />Primary Quantitative Objectives: <br />FLY's Law Program will serve at least 14 Redwood City persons (youth). <br />NOTE: The grant performance period begins July 1, 2016 and concludes June 30, <br />2017 <br />REV: 03-24-17 JS. <br />Page 9 of 9 <br />ATTY/AGR.2017.060/HSFA - Fresh Lifelines for Youth <br />
