Conditions of Permit. The Director <br />of Public Works shall determine, and the permit shall <br />specify, the conditions of use, including, but not limited <br />to, the following: <br />(a) The gross weight limit of each truck or vehicle <br />which shall be authorized to haul under the <br />permit. <br />(b) The time interval between vehicles, and the <br />number of trucks per hour which shall be <br />permitted to travel over the route specified. <br />(c) The hours of the day and the days of the week <br />during which such trucks shall be permitted <br />to travel over the route. <br />(d) The total number of yards of material which <br />may be hauled subject to the permit. <br />(e) The period during which the permit is effective. <br />"Section 20.70. <br />Display of Permit. Every permit <br />issued hereunder shall be carried in the vehicle or com- <br />bination of vehicles to which it refers and shall be open <br />to inspection of any peace officer of traffic officer, any <br />authorized agent of the Department of Public Works or any <br />other officer or employee charged with the care or pro- <br />tection of the City's streets. <br />"Section 20.71. <br />Appeals. In the event an applicant <br />for a permit hereunder disputes the determination of the <br />Director of Public Works with respect to the conditions <br />attached to a permit, including the designated routes to <br />be traveled under the permit, or the amount of the fee, <br />the applicant may file with the City Clerk a written <br />0 <br />
