therefor is hereby levied and fixed at $.0058 on each One Hundred Dollars of the assessed value of all taxable real property within the limits of General Improvement District No. 2-65 as said District was established by Resolution No. 4591, adopted by the City Council of the City of Redwood City on March 15, 1965, together with all territory thereafter annexed thereto. SECTION 3. GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 3-65. The --------------------------------------------- following general and special tax rates for General Improvement District No. 3-65 hereinafter set forth are hereby levied and fixed, for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1982 - June 30, 1983, in the amounts set forth herein as follows, to wit: One Hundred Seventeen Thousand One Hundred Twenty -Five and No/100 Dollars ($117,125.00 ) for payment of principal and interest on Redwood City General Improvement District No. 3-65 Bonds, for deposit in the Redwood City General Improvement District No. 3-65 Fund, and the special tax rate therfor is hereby levied and fixed at $.0100 on each One Hundred Dollars of the assessed value of all taxable real property within the limits of General Improvement District No. 3-65 as said District was established by Resolution No. 4593, adopted by the City Council of the City of Redwood City on March 15, 1965, together with all territory thereafter annexed thereto. SECTION -4. REPEAL. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in -------— ------ conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION 5. SEVERABILITY. If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance, and the City Council hereby declares that it would have adopted said ordinance and each section, sentence, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more section, sentence, clause or phrase be declared invalid.
