SECTION 3. The facilities charge established as a part of said agreement <br />is hereby approved. <br />SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall cause a copy of this ordinance and of <br />the agreement to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder within <br />ten (10) days after its execution; provided, however, that this ordinance <br />shall be effective 30 days after its adoption. <br />-2- <br />18 15- 9 <br />
